The Project

With over 19 venues and counting, Concorde needed a unified approach to match their digital experience to their award-winning in-person experiences. Spanning social platforms, online ads, product activations, events, and various B2B ventures, my role as Art Director was to ideate, execute, and maintain brand consistency across the entire portfolio while expanding content and building a highly functioning in-house team to meet the diverse needs of the group.

Approach

The initial challenge in unifying the digital strategy was to begin building up a host of digital processes while adding team members to cover specialties from production design to social media management and digital marketing supporting the venues and their diverse needs. To complement this approach the production of individual marketing calendars was also started to better align resources during high-stress periods amongst the venues while instituting digital request forms alleviating other forms of communication and creating easily trackable requests to build deliverables against. This was all done during a period of company expansion which would then incorporate launches, new brand builds and the construction of an overall content calendar aligning shoots to a quarterly gathering schedule.
