With over 19 venues and counting, Concorde required a unified approach to managing their digital properties — ensuring each brand maintained its own distinct identity while cohering to a consistent group-wide standard. As Art Director, my role centered on overseeing and evolving the digital presence across the entire portfolio, with a focus on driving measurable growth through online sales, gift card revenue, and reservation volume.
A core part of this work was building the infrastructure needed to manage multiple brands at scale. This meant developing streamlined digital processes, implementing individual marketing workflows to align resources across venues, and introducing digital request systems to create trackable, efficient workflows. Each of these steps directly supported the goal of turning digital touchpoints into reliable revenue drivers — reducing friction for customers moving from discovery to purchase or booking.
The role also expanded to encompass new brand launches and builds during a period of active company growth, ensuring that each new addition to the portfolio launched with a strong, consistent digital foundation primed to perform from day one.
